First visit:
The nutrition consultation begins with a meeting to get to know each other, in which we analyze your lifestyle, eating habits and possible pathological conditions. We evaluate the objectives to be achieved and the best path to follow together.
Successively we will move on to an anthropometric analysis (weight, height, circumferences) to study body composition. Taking into account your food preferences, your habits and schedules, I will prepare a personalized diet according to the information I obtain on this first visit.
Duration: 45- 60 minutes
Second visit:
A week after the first visit, we meet again to give you the diet.
This second visit can be in person or via Skype or Zoom, sending the diet, in the latter case, to your email.
From here we will schedule the follow-up visits, with the appropriate frequency for each patient.
Duration: 30 minutes
Follow-up consultations:
I recommend arrange the follow-up visits every 3 weeks. I believe that this is the adequate time to be able to assess significant changes in weight or in the symptoms that you suffer.
In these follow-ups we evaluate the evolution of our path, resolving doubts and making the appropriate modifications.
In addition, I give you support material such as recipes and we reinforce nutritional education with topics that can go on food labeling, the preparation of a healthy appetizer, advice on how and what to eat during the holidays and others.
